Notification of Interest of Director
Debt Free Direct Group plc ('the Company')
The Company has today been advised that, on 1 March 2004, Andrew Redmond, Chief
Executive Officer, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at 66p per share
by way of a market purchase for his SIPP with James Hay Pension Trustees Limited
A/C 19351. The shares will be registered in the name of Fitel Nominees Limited
A/C C047215.
Following the notification, the total holding of the SIPP is 110,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each and the total beneficial holding of Mr. Redmond is 5,348,014
ordinary shares of 1p each representing approximately 17.3 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital.
