Fairpoint Group plc ("the Company") announces the resignation of Derek Oakley, from the position of Insolvency Director. Mr Oakley has decided to step down from the Company board with immediate effect and will leave the business in November 2012 to pursue other interests.
The board would like to thank Derek for his significant contribution to the business over the last seven years and wish him well for the future.
