Directors' dealings


The Company announces that it has received notification of the following
director's dealing made on 19 August 2005:


Paul Latham, Finance Director, purchased 27,000 ordinary shares of 1p each 
('Ordinary Shares') at 180p per Ordinary Share.  The shares are held in Mr
Latham's Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP').  The beneficial interest of Mr
Latham following the purchase is 5,158,348 ordinary shares representing 13.95%
of the total issued share capital of the Company.
