Director Dealings
On 11 May 2017 the Company announced that Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had notified the Board of his intention to stand down from the role on 31 July 2017 and that Martin Harrison, the Chief Financial Officer, will succeed Martin Donnachie as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 August 2017.
The Company has been informed that, in order to benefit from entrepreneurs tax relief available to Mr. Donnachie whilst he remains in the Company's employment, he has today sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53.00p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Donnachie remains interested in 7,695,421 Ordinary Shares, which includes those held by his spouse.
Furthermore, the Company has been informed by Stephen Gutteridge, non-executive Director, that on 28 July 2017 he sold 35,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.25p per share. Following this sale Mr. Gutteridge, and persons closely associated with Mr Gutteridge, remain interested in 214,166 Ordinary Shares.
