Director / PDMR Dealings and Issue of Equity

The Company today announces the following exercises of options over new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Fulcrum by Directors and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):

Further to the above exercises, Martin Harrison transferred 3,129,719 Ordinary Shares to his wife Claire Harrison and Ian Foster transferred 1,423,826 Ordinary Shares to his wife Nicola Foster, all for nil consideration.  

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"):

·      Martin Harrison's total beneficial interest in the Company, including his wife's shares, will be 3,337,773 Ordinary Shares;

·      Ian Foster's total beneficial interest will be 1,423,826 Ordinary Shares, all of which shall be held by his wife; and

·      Carly Gilchrist's total interest will be 705,544 Ordinary Shares.

The Directors and PDMR plan to hold their shares for the foreseeable future.

The Company also announces that it has issued an additional 82,804 Ordinary Shares pursuant to employee exercises of options.

Accordingly, the Company has applied for 4,165,893 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 October 2018. Following Admission, the Company will have 220,328,797 Ordinary Shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
