Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, announces that it has received notification from Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer, that  Mrs Joanne Donnachie, wife of Martin Donnachie, today purchased 160,223 ordinary shares of 0.1 each at a price of 8.73 pence per share. 

Following these purchases, Martin Donnachie has a beneficial interest in 479,443 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.3% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
