The Company announces that Dominic Lavelle, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 February 2021 at a price of 36.35p per share for the benefit of his SIPP.
