The Company announces that Jennifer Cutler, Chief Financial Officer and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"), purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 05 August 2021 at a price of 26.1p per share.

Following this purchase, Jennifer has a total interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
