Director's Dealings

The Company announces the following dealings by Philip Holder, Chairman of the Company, and his wife, comprising a transfer of shares resulting in no change to Mr Holder's beneficial holding in Fulcrum.

On 5 April 2018, Mr Holder sold 37,200 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 71p per share. These shares were subsequently purchased by the ISAs of both Mr Holder and his wife, in equal amounts of 18,600 Ordinary Shares each at a price of 71p per share.
