Appointment of Interim Chief Executive
Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company") today announces the appointment of Martin Donnachie as Interim Chief Executive. This follows the departure of Chief Executive John Spellman, who is stepping down from the Company with immediate effect.
Martin will serve as Interim Chief Executive for a minimum of six months whilst Fulcrum seeks the appointment of a full time Chief Executive to lead the business in the long term. Martin will be supported by the existing established management team, ensuring a smooth transition for the business.

Phil Holder, Chairman, said, "I would like to thank John for his work with the Company over the last three years. The Board is committed to helping the Company deliver its strategy and I look forward to working with Martin and the senior management team to continue to build Fulcrum into a leading utility services business underpinned by first class engineering expertise and exceptional customer service."
