Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("the Company") today announces the departure of Chief Executive Martin Harrison who is stepping down with immediate effect. Chairman Phil Holder will assume day to day responsibility for the business pending the appointment of a replacement for Martin. The Board will commence a process to identify a successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Phil Holder, Chairman, said,
"I would like to thank Martin for his work with the Company over the past five years. The Board remains committed to helping the Company deliver its strategy, and is confident that the senior management team will continue to develop and build the business."
