Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Fulcrum Utility Services Limited, a leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider focused on delivering infrastructure for the UK's net-zero future, including the EV charging network, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominic Lavelle as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Dominic has a wide range of corporate experience, having worked as a main board director and Chief Financial Officer at several UK quoted companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of the AIM quoted company FIH group plc, an international services group that owns essential services businesses in the Falkland Islands, and is also Non-Executive Director of McColls Retail Group plc, a major UK retail business.
Dominic was previously Chief Financial Officer of SDL plc from 2013 to 2018. Prior to this, he served in a number of financial roles including Group Finance Director at Allders plc from 2000-2003 and Group Finance Director at Alfred McAlpine plc from 2003-2007. He has worked as a director in the retail, building, construction, support services, property and technology sectors and has gained broad commercial and strategic experience from extensive involvement in corporate restructuring and turnaround situations.
In addition to serving as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, Dominic has also been appointed as Chair of the Group's Audit Committee with immediate effect.

During the phase of his career when Dominic assisted companies in financial difficulties that required corporate reconstruction work, Dominic was a director of the following companies that went into administration during his tenure; Blacks Leisure Group Plc and its subsidiaries and Erinaceous Group plc parent company and non-core businesses. Blacks Leisure Group was sold via a pre-packed administration and Erinaceous Group was sold in part through a pre-packaged administration. Both transactions had the full support of all relevant stakeholders.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Dominic holds no interest in the Company's shares.
