The Company announces the following recent purchases of new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Fulcrum ("Ordinary Shares") by certain Directors and their persons closely associated ("PCA"):

·      Hazel Griffiths' total beneficial interest, including those held by Lance Sagar, is  87,345 Ordinary Shares.
