Replacement - Director/PDMR Shareholding

The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released yesterday at 16:56 under RNS No 6396H.

The announcement has been corrected to reflect that Stephen Gutteridge sold 60,000 ordinary shares at 24 pence per share and his wife sold 50,000 ordinary shares at 22.725 pence per share.

Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent energy and multi-utilities Services provider, announces that on 1 December 2015 it received notification from Stephen Gutteridge, Non-executive Director that on the same day he and his wife sold a total of 160,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"): Mr Gutteridge sold 50,000 at 23.45 pence per share and 60,000 at 24 pence per share; in addition, his wife sold 50,000 at 22.725 pence per share. Following these transactions, Stephen Gutteridge has a beneficial interest in 369,166 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
