Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company") today announces that Mark Watts has served notice to resign from his position as a non-executive director of the Company. Mark will remain in his position on the Board until a suitable replacement has been identified. This is expected to be completed prior to the announcement of the Company's preliminary results in May 2014.
The Board would like to thank Mark for his central role in the formation of the Company and the acquisition from National Grid plc in July 2010 and his significant contribution to its development over the following years.
