The Company announces that the resolution regarding the proposed amendments to the Articles of Association as set out in the Company's circular to shareholders and depositary interest holders dated 8 June 2020 (the "Circular") and proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today was duly passed.

The vote was taken on a poll and the full results of the vote are as follows:
