Both Michael Turner, and Tim Turner, Directors of Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C.
("Fullers") today notified the Company of the following changes in non
beneficial holdings in the Company's 2nd Cumulative Preference Shares:
Both gentlemen had a non beneficial interest, as executors of the estate of Mr
Gerald Mortimer Turner, in the same 34,541 2nd Cumulative Preference shares.
These shares were transferred yesterday from that account. An amount of 17,271
shares has been transferred to a trust established for the benefit of Michael
Turner's children. An amount of 17,270 shares has been transferred to a trust
established for the benefit of Tim Turner's children. Accordingly, the non
beneficial interest of Michael Turner in this class of shares has overall
reduced by 17,270 shares and the non beneficial interest of Tim Turner in this
class of share has overall reduced by 17,271 shares.
