Fuller,Smith&Turner PLC 05 July 2004 Long Term Incentive Plan At its meeting today, 5 July 2004, the Remuneration Committee confirmed the following awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). All awards are over a combination of both £1 'A' ordinary and 10p 'B' ordinary shares. Whilst only 'A' shares are listed, the 'B' share element has been included in this notification for completeness. The calculation of the awards was based on the closing price as at 2 July 2004, being £6.55 for 'A' shares and £0.655 (notionally) for 'B' shares. An award amounts to a contractual right to acquire an interest in shares provided the director remains an employee at the third anniversary of the grant (the normal vesting date), and only to the extent that a certain performance condition attached to the scheme is met. This criteria is based on a sliding scale which may result in less than the full award vesting.
