Philip Augar, Senior Non Executive Director of Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C 
("Fullers") and Chairman of its Audit Committee has tendered his resignation and
this will be effective from 31st March 2002.


Anthony Fuller, Chairman, commented that Philip had made a valuable contribution
over the last three years and that the Board would miss his independence of
thought and wise counsel.


Ron Spinney will succeed Philip as Senior Non Executive Director of Fullers.
Composition of Board Committees is under review.
