Notification of Interests of Directors and Connected Persons
On 22 September 2000, F.S.T. Trustee Limited, the Trustee of
the Fuller, Smith & Turner Profit Sharing Scheme 1998(the
'Trust') purchased 48031 A ordinary shares in Fuller, Smith
& Turner P.L.C. at a price of 358p. The Trust is for the future
benefit of eligible employees (including the Directors) of
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C..
