Result of Tender Offer

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 July 2006, a
special resolution was passed authorising the Company to make an off-market
purchase of up to 3,552,398  of the Company's unlisted 'B' ordinary shares of
10p each and to enter into an agreement for such purchase, following the tender
offer made to all 'B' shareholders.

The Company has today completed the off-market purchase of 1,849,276  'B'
ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 112.6p per share, and following such
purchase these shares have been cancelled.
