Purchase of own shares

Further to the announcement on 23 June 2004 under, "Transaction in own shares",
the Company announced that they had purchased 100,000 'A' Ordinary shares. The
Company wish to clarify that the shares were purchased to be held as treasury
shares.

The issued share capital remains at 13,007,387 shares which includes 100,000
treasury shares.

However, for reporting purposes under section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the
market should exclude any shares held in treasury for which the current figure
is 12,907,387 shares.
