Publication of 2020 Annual Report and Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting

Funding Circle Holdings plc (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("Annual Report").

The Company has also today made the following documents available to shareholders:

· Notice of 2021 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"); and

· 2021 Annual General Meeting Proxy Form ("Proxy Form").

The Annual Report will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at: https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/results-and-reports and the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form at: https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/investors/shareholder-meetings .  Printed copies will today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM will also shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

AGM Arrangements

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12 p.m. on Wednesday 19 May 2021 at the Company's offices at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY.

Given the uncertainty surrounding public gatherings and the broader public health considerations, we recommend that shareholders do not attend the meeting in person and instead appoint the chair of the meeting as their proxy to ensure their votes are counted. S hareholders will also be able to raise questions in advance and listen to the meeting via video conference. Please see the Notice of AGM for further details. 

If the Board determines that any changes to the meeting arrangements are necessary or appropriate , we will provide an update on our website at https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/investors/shareholder-meetings and, where appropriate, by an announcement via a Regulatory Information Service.
