Fabian Romania Property Fund Limited ('Fabian' or the 'Fund') Resolution to
Appoint a Director subject to formal approval of the Jersey Financial Services
Commission ('JFSC')



Fabian, the AIM listed property fund established to invest in Romanian property,
has resolved to appoint Mark Houslop to the Board of Fabian subject to the
approval of the JFSC.



Nicholas Mark Houslop, 58, joined the firm of surveyors DTC in 1973 and became a
partner in 1979 and a Director in the company when it became publicly listed
(DTZ) in London in 1987.  His experience has extended from the UK and European
markets to the USA where he set up and ran the firm's New York office for five
years advising on major real estate investments in New York, Washington D.C,
Houston, Denver, San Francisco and Los Angeles.



In the UK he has advised on many central London properties including The Lloyds
of London headquarters, The Berkeley Square Estate and The Plaza Shopping Centre
and UK House both major blocks on Oxford Street, as well as developments in
London Docklands.



Mr Houslop sits on the supervisory board of the German publicly listed
residential/commercial property company IMW and is a fellow of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors.



Mark Houslop's conditional appointment marks a significant milestone in the
implementation of Fabian's strategy to bolster its Board following admission to
AIM on December 15 last year.



Commenting on today's appointment, Mark Holdsworth, Director of the Fund said:

DTZ's US business. Mark will be a valuable addition to Fabian and we are
delighted to have him join the Board'
