               Appointment of Joint Broker and financial PR firm

Fabian Romania Limited ("Fabian" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted dedicated
Romanian real estate investor is pleased to announce the appointment of KBC Peel
Hunt Ltd as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. KBC Peel Hunt
will work alongside Fabian's current advisers, Deloitte Corporate Finance and
Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited. KBC Peel Hunt is part of the KBC Group which
has an extensive banking and investment banking presence throughout the CEE
region.

Fabian is also pleased to announce the appointment of Monument PR as financial
public relations advisers to the Company. Monument will work with the Company to
publicise the Company's financial performance with the financial and property
press in the UK and across continental Europe.

Commenting on the appointments, Mark Holdsworth, Managing Director of Fabian
Capital, the Investment Adviser to Fabian said:
