Notification of Holdings

The Company announces that it has received from East Capital Asset Management AB (on behalf of East Capital Balkan Fund, East Capital Central European Fund, East Capital (Lux) Convergence Fund and East Capital (Lux) Eastern European Fund) a disclosure of a sale on 29 October 2008 of 4,763,054 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.37 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, at a price of €0.55 per share. Following the sale, East Capital Asset Management AB no longer holds any ordinary shares in Fabian Romania.
