Futura Medical plc (Futura), the AIM-listed pharmaceutical and medical device
group that develops innovative products for the sexual healthcare market, has
applied for 350,000 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company to be
admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The shares
are being issued following the exercise of options.
The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 19 January 2006.
This share issue raised £165,500 for Futura.
