                               Additional Listing



Futura Medical plc (the 'Company'), the AIM-listed pharmaceutical group that
develops innovative products for consumer healthcare with expertise in sexual
health, has applied for 50,000 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company
to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.  The
shares are being issued following the exercise of options.



The shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 5 February 2007.
Pursuant to AIM Notice 26, the Company's total issued share capital following
the anticipated admission of the shares as set out above is 55,353,601.
