Change of Auditor

Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM) ("Futura" or the "Company"), a pharmaceutical company developing a portfolio of innovative products based on its proprietary, transdermal DermaSys® drug delivery technology currently focused on sexual health and pain is pleased to announce that following the conclusion of a tender process overseen by the Company's audit committee, the Company has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton") as the Company's independent auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. The appointment of Grant Thornton as the Company's auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting due to be held in June 2020.
The Company's previous auditor, KPMG LLP, has confirmed to the Company that it is not aware of any circumstances connected with its termination as auditor that it considers should be brought to the attention of the Board, creditors or shareholders of the Company.
