Director / PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the innovative healthcare company focused on advanced transdermal technology, announces that it has received notification of option exercises by employees and Directors over 382,962 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 40.50 pence per share.

James Barder, Chief Executive, exercised options over 250,000 ordinary shares, of which he has sold 210,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 55.172 pence per share. Derek Martin, Finance Director, exercised options over 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company which he has sold at a price of 55.172 pence per share. Tim Holland, PDMR, exercised options over 2,962 Ordinary Shares in the Company which he has sold at an average price of 55.172 pence per share.

Following these transactions James Barder and Derek Martin's interests in Ordinary Shares in the Company are as follows:

This issue of the Ordinary Shares has been satisfied via the Company's block listing. Immediately following the issue, the Company will have 120,628,682 ordinary shares in issue. Since the Company currently holds no shares in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 120,628,682 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
