In accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, Futura Medical plc
('Futura' or 'the Company') was notified on 15 April 2004 by W.T. Lamb
Investments Ltd ('W.T. Lamb'), that following the purchase by W.T. Lamb of
40,000 shares in Futura on 14 April 2004 and of 60,000 shares in Futura on 15
April 2004, W.T. Lamb now holds 1,500,000 shares in the Company. This holding
represents 3.09% of the Company's current issued share capital.
