                             Block Listing Announcement



Future plc (the 'Company'), on 10 March 2005, filed block listing applications
for the issue and allotment, and the admission to trading, of 2,178,140 ordinary
1p shares in order to satisfy employee share option exercises under the
following share option schemes:


a) 1,898,840 shares under The Future Network plc Inland Revenue Approved 
   Sharesave Plan;


b) 230,000 shares under The Future Network plc 1999 Senior Management Share 
   Option Scheme; and

    
c) 50,000 shares under The Future Network plc 1999 Inland Revenue Approved 
   Share Option Scheme.
