Annual Report 2005 including Notice of Annual General Meeting
Future plc, the international special-interest media group, is pleased to
announce that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2005
is available on the Company's website, www.futureplc.com.
Copies have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,
London E14 5HS (telephone 0207 066 1000).
Copies have been mailed to all shareholders this week.
Printed copies of the Annual Report 2005 may be obtained from the Company's
registered office at 30 Monmouth Street, Bath BA1 2BW (contact
investor.relations@futurenet.co.uk).
The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 96 and 97 of the Annual
Report 2005.
The AGM will be held at the Wessex Suite, Francis Hotel, Queen Square, Bath BA1
2HH at 11a.m. on Wednesday 25 January 2006.
