          Annual Report 2004 including Notice of Annual General Meeting


The Future Network plc, the international special-interest consumer magazine
group,  is pleased to announce that its Annual Report & Accounts for the period
ended 30 September 2004 is available on the Company's website,
www.thefuturenetwork.plc.uk.


Copies have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing
Authority at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf,

Copies have been mailed to all shareholders this week.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting is set out on pages 90 and 91 of the Annual
Report 2004.

The AGM will be held at the Wessex Suite, Francis Hotel, Queen Square, Bath BA1
2HH at 11am on Wednesday 26 January 2005.
