NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES
Future plc (LSE: FUTR) announces that under the rules of its Sharesave Scheme,
it has granted options to a number of UK employees over 2,830,917 Ordinary
shares in the Company.
Consequently, on 16 January 2007, the Company received notifications from Steve
Spring (Chief Executive) and John Bowman (Group Finance Director) as follows:
- Stevie Spring was notified by the sharesave plan administrator on 11 January
2007 that she had acquired, on 22 December 2006, a beneficial interest in
37,800 sharesave options, and
- John Bowman was notified by the sharesave plan administrator on 11 January
2007 that he had acquired, on 22 December 2006, a beneficial interest in
37,800 sharesave options.
These sharesave options are exercisable in three years in accordance with terms
of Company's Sharesave Scheme, at an exercise price of 25p per share.
