As a result of the partial vesting on 1 December 2009 of awards granted on 1 December 2006 under the Company's Performance Share Plan, Stevie Spring's beneficial interest in shares of the Company has increased by 264,044. Stevie Spring's total beneficial interest in shares is 849,733 shares, which represents 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
As a result of the partial vesting on 1 December 2009 of awards granted on 1 December 2006 under the Company's Performance Share Plan, John Bowman's beneficial interest in shares of the Company has increased by 121,508 (comprising the vesting of 222,352 of his Performance Share Plan shares less the sale of: (i) 46,956 of those shares at an average price of 17.28p per share on 11 December 2009; and (ii) 53,888 of those shares at an average price of 16.35p per share on 15 December 2009, in order to meet the tax liability arising on the vesting of the Award). John Bowman's total beneficial interest in shares is 932,699 shares, which represents 0.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
