DIRECTORS' / PDMRs' INTERESTS IN SHARES

Future plc (the "Company"), the international specialist media group, announces that under the rules of its Sharesave Scheme, it has granted options to a number of UK employees over 1,371,165 Ordinary shares in the Company.

On 16 April 2010, the Company received notification that Stevie Spring had acquired, on 12 April 2010, a beneficial interest in 58,548 sharesave options.

These sharesave options will be exercisable three years from the commencement date of the scheme in accordance with the terms of the Company's Sharesave Scheme, at an exercise price of 15.5p per share.

As a result of this grant of options, Stevie Spring's total beneficial interest in shares has increased to 1,182,496 shares, which represents 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
