                   NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Future Network plc (LSE:FNET) announces that it received notification on 20 
November 2001 that Michael Penington, a Director of the Company, acquired a 
beneficial interest in 20,000 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of
47 pence per share on 20 November 2001.  Michael Penington's holding following 
this acquisition amounts to a beneficial interest in 281,000 shares in the 
capital of the Company.
