                 Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares

The Future Network plc, the international specialist consumer magazine
publisher, announces that it received notification on 26 September 2002 that
John Bowman, Finance Director, has today purchased 40,000 shares in the capital
of the Company at a price of 48 pence per 1p ordinary share.  Following this
purchase, John Bowman's holding in the Company is 500,000 shares, representing
0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
