Future announces appointment of Penny Ladkin-Brand as new CFO

Future, the international media group, today announces the appointment of Penny Ladkin-Brand as CFO and Company Secretary of Future plc with effect from 3^rd August 2015. 

Penny has been Interim CFO at Future plc since June, prior to which she was Commercial Director at Auto Trader Group plc. Penny is a chartered accountant with a background in digital media and expertise in digital monetisation models. 

Zillah Byng-Maddick said: "I am delighted to welcome Penny to Future. She brings with her a wealth of digital media experience."

There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
