Rachel Addison appointed as Chief Financial Officer
Future plc (LSE: FUTR), the global platform for specialist media, today confirms the appointment of Rachel Addison as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 June 2020.
Rachel replaces Penny Ladkin-Brand, who today steps down from the Board to assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer.
DIRECTORS' DECLARATIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 9.6.13R OF THE LISTING RULES
There are no further disclosures required under Rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UKLA in respect of the appointment of Rachel Addison.
