Notification of Substantial Interest in Shares
The Future Network plc (LSE:FNET), announced on 23 November 2000 that it had
received notification that Morgan Stanley Securities Limited, held a notifiable
interest in 6,393,313 ordinary shares of The Future Network plc. On the basis
of the current issued share capital of The Future Network plc of 142,913,456
ordinary shares, this interest represented 4.47% of such relevant share capital.
The Future Network plc received notification, on 15 January 2001, from Morgan
Stanley Securities Limited (on behalf of itself and companies of the Morgan
Stanley Dean Witter Group) advising that as at 11 January 2001, Morgan Stanley
Securities Limited was interested in 5,394,443 ordinary shares of 1p each
representing 3.77% of the relevant share capital of The Future Network plc.
