                 Notification of Substantial Interest in Shares

The Future Network plc (the 'Company') received notification on 6 January 2004
from M&G Investment Management Limited, on behalf of Prudential plc, advising
that Prudential plc and its subsidiary companies no longer hold a 3% notifiable
interest in the shares of the Company (in accordance with Part VI of the
Companies Act 1985, as amended).
