Future plc (LSE: FUTR), the international media group and leading digital publisher, is pleased to announce that it has agreed new four year £31m credit facilities ahead of the maturity of its existing facilities in December 2013. The new facilities comprise a £20.8m Multi-Currency Revolving Credit Facility (MRCF), a £6m term loan and an additional £4.2m of ancillary facilities. These facilities have been provided by a banking group comprised of existing lender, Barclays Bank plc and new lender, Santander UK plc.
Graham Harding, Chief Financial Officer, comments: "I am extremely pleased we have been able to extend our relationship with Barclays and start a new relationship with Santander. Both banks have demonstrated their commitment by providing the terms and facilities we need to assist the business as it continues to move forward."
