Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:
At the close of business on 31 March 2010, Future's issued share capital consisted of 327,873,915 ordinary shares of 1p each. Each ordinary share carries one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 327,873,915.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
