Green Dragon Gas, the leading independent gas producer with operations in China, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and 2014 Accounts, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the form of request letter are also available to download from the Company's website, www.greendragongas.com 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. (BST) on Thursday 23 July 2015 at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.
