DIRECTOR CHANGE

Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM:GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that David Eastlake has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company due to the independence rules of PricewaterhouseCoopers which firm he joined last year.  The resignation will be effective from today.
