Notice of Annual General Meeting

Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (LSE: GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production and sale of Coal Bed Methane ('CBM') gas in China, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy have been posted to shareholders.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and 2015 Accounts, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the form of request letter are also available to download from the Company's website www.greendragongas.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at The Connaught, Carlos Place, Mayfair, London, W1K 2AL at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday 26 July 2016.
