NOTIFICATION OF SALE OF SHARES

In accordance with AIM requirements, Galantas announces that it has been
notified that James Clancy, a Non-Executive Director of Galantas, has sold
100,000 Common Shares for a total of $24,200 (Canadian Dollars). The shares were
sold between July 18th and July 20th 2006 leaving Mr. Clancy with 84,232 shares
(approx 0.05% of the issued Common Shares of the Corporation).

The TSX Venture Exchange Inc. has neither approved nor disapproved the
information herein contained.
