Galliford Try PLC 02 October 2003 2 October 2003 GALLIFORD TRY SECURES £42 MILLION LIFT CONTRACT FOR COVENTRY PRIMARY CARE TRUST Galliford Try plc, the construction and housebuilding group, today announced that, as part of the gbconsortium, it has been named as the preferred private sector partner by Coventry Primary Care Trust for the NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) project. The initial contract value to Galliford Try is £42 million over approximately two years with the potential to increase revenues on further phases. The initial project is to build a range of new primary care facilities in Coventry. The first wave of these developments will see the construction of a new GP surgery, two new health campuses and Phase 1 of a Coventry city centre development.
